Sue and Nicky started The Sewing Sanctuary in 2016 after recognising that many people, with differing abilities, wanted to learn how to sew or update their skills. With Sue's background in teaching and Nicky's enthusiasm for all things fabric, the Sewing Sanctuary was born, with the emphasis on fun and informative classes for all abilities.
Encouraged by the wonderful feedback received from their initial classes they were inspired to roll out a programme of workshops to encourage existing and new students alike. Although classes are currently limited in number they offer both planned and bespoke sessions. They are both passionate about all things fabric and hope the classes will inspire you to be too!
